Cookie policy
This page is about cookies on the Sermontary website. The full privacy policy, including church, member and voice data, is on the Privacy page.
The short version
- Essential cookies are always on. Sermontary can’t keep you signed in, or remember this choice, without them.
- Analytics cookies tell us which pages are used. In the UK, the EU, the EEA and Switzerland they are set only if you choose Accept.
- Everywhere else, analytics cookies are on unless you choose Reject.
- Reject and Accept are given the same weight. You can change your mind any time. We don’t use cookies to show you advertising.
Essential cookies
These are always on, because Sermontary can’t work without them:
- One keeps church team members signed in and protects forms.
- One on the voice sign-up page stops a single phone creating profiles for several people.
- One remembers your cookie choice (Accept or Reject) for six months.
Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager) tell us which pages people visit and how they found us, so we can improve the site.
In the UK, the EU, the EEA and Switzerland they are only set if you choose Accept. Elsewhere they are on unless you choose Reject. A banner asks when you have not chosen yet and your clock is in Europe. Reject and Accept are shown together, with the same weight.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it to show you advertising.
Your choice
Your choice is kept for six months. You can change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the website, which opens the same banner.
The rest of the privacy policy
Cookies are one part of how Sermontary handles information. Privacy covers what we collect, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your choices and rights. The cookies section there is Privacy — Cookies.
